§ 1 Scope and contracting party

2. These terms apply to use of the website, web app, and all related features.
3. Conflicting user terms apply only if we expressly agree in writing.

§ 2 Description of services

1. Greenprint is a digital information, community, and software platform.
3. Content — including signals — is for information and education only.
4. Features may vary by plan, feature tag, volume status, or admin approval.
5. We may develop, change, or temporarily restrict services where required.

§ 3 Registration and user account

1. Use of certain areas requires registration. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Registration information must be truthful and current.
3. Access credentials must be kept confidential.
4. An account is personal and may not be transferred without our consent.
5. We may reject registrations or suspend accounts for justified reasons.

§ 4 Fees, subscriptions, and unlocks

1. Basic access may be free; premium features may be paid or tied to conditions.
2. Prices, terms, and service content are as shown at contract conclusion.
3. Where consumers have a right of withdrawal under EU law, we indicate this in the order process.
4. Payments are processed via external payment providers.

§ 5 Risk notice

1. Trading financial instruments is highly speculative and may result in loss of all capital invested.
2. Past results and signal histories are not indicators of future results.
3. If you trade at all, you do so exclusively via your own broker/exchange accounts.
4. Use only capital you can afford to lose.

§ 6 User obligations

1. The platform may only be used lawfully and as intended.
2. Prohibited in particular: abuse of access, scraping/automation without permission, malware, harassment, legal violations, and bypassing security.
3. Platform content may not be publicly redistributed without our prior consent.
4. Private keys and secrets must never be stored in the browser.

§ 7 Copyright and usage rights

1. All rights to software, design, texts, signals, and other Tradelic content remain with us.
2. You receive a simple, non-transferable, revocable right to use unlocked content for private or internal use.

§ 8 Liability

1. Tradelic is fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health.
2. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations.
3. No liability for trading losses, lost profits, or third-party platform outages.
4. We aim for uninterrupted provision but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

§ 9 Term, termination, and suspension

1. Free use may be ended by either party at any time unless otherwise agreed.
2. For paid subscriptions, the terms stated at checkout apply.
3. For material violations, we may suspend access and terminate extraordinarily.
4. After termination, access to no longer unlocked areas expires.

§ 10 Changes to terms

We may adjust these terms when legal, technical, or business reasons require it.

§ 11 Applicable law and jurisdiction

1. The law of the Republic of Estonia applies, unless mandatory consumer protection prevails.
2. Place of jurisdiction for disputes with businesses is Tallinn, Estonia.
3. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
